1. Double Skin Air Handling Units (AHUs)

Our Double Skin AHUs are fabricated with dual-layer insulated panels that deliver:

The EVA Series (110-HS to 750-HS) is customisable up to 60,000 CFM with high-static delivery for large shop floors and doubles as a humidification system in dry weather.
  • Comfort Cooling for Sensitive Environments: Indirect Evaporative Cooling (Two-Stage) Where low-moisture supply air is critical food processing, industrial kitchens, pharma, or garment factories we specify Indirect Direct Evaporative Cooling (IDEC) via the Evapoler Coolator range. A first-stage polymeric heat exchanger cools incoming air without adding moisture; a second-stage evaporative pad provides further cooling. The result is comfort-level cooling at 60–75% less electricity than conventional AC. The Coolator series (5,000–20,000+ CFM) features IE2/IE3 motors, industrial-grade controllers, and corrosion-resistant cabinets a proven low-OPEX alternative to chillers for large industrial spaces and warehouses.

What is the difference between a 100% Fresh Air AHU and a recirculation AHU?

Recirculation AHUs mix return room air with fresh air, which is acceptable in most commercial applications.
